Yingzhuo Liu graduated from the University of Connecticut in the Digital Media and Design program in 2023. Her focus is on UI visual design, UX design, web and interactive media design. She was a Teaching Assistant for DMD 1101 Design Lab 1 and a Graduate Assistant in the Digital Media and Design department.
Before attending UConn, she studied visual communication design at Central South University where she received her Master of Fine Arts in 2021. She studied product design (furniture design) at Central South University of Forestry and Technology where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2017. Her diversified experiences have made her more resolute about her goals: Creating design inspired by traditional culture, personal experience, and hot social issues. Her current interests are to learn and apply user research, combine UI design with consumer behavior and psychology, and explore data visualization in UI design.
Also, she hopes to make some interesting and meaningful works. At present, she has an idea to make a snack rating & ranking APP. Although she may have new ideas next week, she still hopes that she can succeed!
Recent Achievements: International College Students Art Design Annual Award (2018), Singapore Art Design Contest (2020), Hong Kong Contemporary Design Award (2020).
