Rossy Pichardo is a passionate and creative individual with a diverse background in social work and fine arts. Originally from New Hampshire, she graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.S. in Social Work and also holds an A.A in Liberal Arts and Fine Arts from Manchester Community College. Three years ago, Rossy made the move to Connecticut, where she has been actively pursuing her career and personal interests.
With a strong foundation in social work, Rossy has worked as a Program Assistant in the Mental Health Resource Center at UConn Stamford, providing support and assistance to students. Her dedication to making a positive impact on students’ lives led her to transition to the DMD Department.
Outside of their professional pursuits, Rossy’s true passion lies in the arts. She has a deep appreciation for various art forms and excel in fine arts such as drawing and painting. Rossy’s preferred mediums include charcoal, acrylic, watercolor, and oil paints, allowing her to bring her artistic visions to life. She draws inspiration from a range of art movements, with a particular fondness for the intricacies of art nouveau and the captivating realism style.
