With a background in print design and production, Christine made the jump into web design and development in 2010 when she left the private advertising world and came to the University of Connecticut. She began in email design/development and quickly shifted to the lead designer on high-profile university projects such as uconn.edu, admissions.uconn.edu, today.uconn.edu, health.uconn.edu, UConn Health top clinical websites, all UConn regional campuses, and smaller scale projects such as presidentsearch.uconn.edu, excellence.uconn.edu, and other marketing web pieces.

In addition to her web responsibilities, she is the associate director of branding and visual identity for UConn, where she lends her print expertise to many projects including, print marketing campaigns, web ads, brochures, logos and signage and wayfinding for Storrs and the regional campuses. With all this experience, Christine began teaching in 2014 and found a new passion. She enjoys sharing her excitement and love the design and web with her students, and she hopes to inspire them to challenge themselves and open their eyes to a career path they might not have otherwise considered.
