Artist Statement

Echoes of Home is an interactive immersive experience that explores how the meaning of home can be reconstructed through memory, emotion, and imagination. The work begins from the realization that memories of home often live less in physical places and more in the moments, objects, and sensations that remain with us over time.

Developed in Unreal Engine with AI-driven interaction, the project creates symbolic spaces that evoke fragments of memory and feeling. Rather than presenting a fixed narrative, Echoes of Home invites participants to navigate symbolic environments shaped by memory and reflection and discover their own evolving definitions of home.

At its core, the work reimagines digital space as a site for introspection and resilience. While physical homes may be temporary or disrupted, the project suggests that a sense of home can be continually rebuilt through memory, reflection, and the human capacity to reconnect with belonging.
