The University of Connecticut’s Department of Digital Media & Design is delighted to announce the 2022 MFA Thesis Exhibition Off the Rails, viewable in-person and online starting April 2, 2022. The in-person exhibition runs through May 5, 2022 at the William Benton Museum of Art at 245 Glenbrook Road, Storrs, CT. Museum hours are Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 1:00 – 4:00 PM on Saturdays. The online exhibition opens to the public here. All events are free and open to the public.
Off the Rails takes viewers down three paths of user interface design, each exploring a different approach to their subject. The exhibition features the work of three graduating Digital Media & Design Master of Fine Arts students whose research led them to unexpected solutions. Off the Rails shows what is possible when new creative directions are embraced.
